QLOGIC is the intelligent core of our autonomous sand management capabilities. By integrating edge computing with continuous, real-time data from acoustic and ultrasonic sensors, the solutions dynamically calculate and initiate the exact optimal sand dump cycle. This logic-based approach eliminates outdated, time-based manual dumping and effectively mitigating sand slugging, it also drastically reduces equipment wear and tear and lowering site emissions through precise, automated control.

QSAND

QSAND replaces reactive guesswork with absolute certainty by delivering continuous, inline measurement of sand production. Utilizing advanced ultrasonic spectroscopy and proprietary software analytics, it provides high-frequency sand rate data without the need for phase separation or human intervention. This real-time visibility empowers operators to confidently optimize choke settings and flowback rates, successfully minimizing proppant production while ensuring effective well cleanup. QFLOW

QFLOW transforms well testing by delivering full-range, continuous multiphase flow measurement without the need for phase separation. Engineered as a compact inline meter with no moving parts, it replaces bulky, conventional test separators, drastically shrinking the pad footprint and reducing both CAPEX and OPEX.
