Job Highlights
Frac flowback job on 2 wells
Well 1 had dual trains to manage the frac sand volume production during the flowback process.
During the 18 day-flowback, Well 1 had 360+ dump cycles and Well 2 had 370+, for a pad total of 738 total dump cycles.
With this setup we eliminated personnel in the High-Risk areas 730+ times.
Total sand produced on pad was 50,000+ lbs, Well 2 had 20,000 lbs and the combined trains of Well 1 had 31,000+ lbs
Most wear on internal components was isolated to the ASDS choke. After inspection, one seat and one gate had to be reversed, all others looked good. This was done post-operations.
